We are excited to announce that Ms. Danielle Parker was selected as Certificated Employee of the Year representing Rock Springs. Ms. Parker teaches our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade Mod/Sev class. Ms. Parker is the type of teacher every parent would want their child to have. She creates a welcoming environment where every child feels confident to work to their individual potential. She creates learning experiences that allow students to make connections and interact with the lesson. She continually demonstrates her commitment to her students' academic and emotional growth.
Not only is she an excellent teacher inside her class room but outside her classroom as well. Ms. Parker teaches a very popular cooking class in our after-school program twice a week. She is also the teacher representative in our PTA and can be found at events volunteering and cheering her students on.
