Your Character Counts at Rock Springs School
The Pillar of the Week is Respect, our second Pillar of Character, represented by the color yellow or gold. When you think about respect, think “The Golden Rule”.
A respectful person is an attentive listener, treats others with consideration, and doesn’t resort to intimidation. A respectful person also accepts individual differences and beliefs without prejudice and judges others only on their character, abilities and conduct.
According to Helen Keller, American social activist, public speaker and author, “The highest result of education is tolerance.”
Tomorrow is RSU Friday. S Show your school spirit by wearing Rock Springs colors and we'll see everyone in the Character Counts Quad for morning assembly.
This concludes today’s announcements. Thank you college bound roadrunners, and remember,
“Keep a smile on your face, it will increase your face value!"
