Your Character Counts at Rock Springs School
It's Pillars of Character Week at RSU! This week I have asked you to pay closer attention to the Pillars of Character that surround us not only at school, but outside of our campus as well.

What would the world be like if everyone displayed the Pillars of Character all of the time? That's a big question, I know. Think about it and write down some of you thoughts as to how the world might be a better place.

According to Franklin Delano Roosevelt, 32nd American President, "Human kindness has never weakened the stamina or softened the fiber of a free people. A nation does not have to be cruel to be tough."

4th Grade Week

CAASPP Testing
CAASPP testing continues today. Testing today are Mr. Horstman, and Ms. S. Isherwood.

Safety First!
  • The playground swings are off limits and will remain off limits until further notice.
  • Remember to use the crosswalk.
  • Please remember to walk when traveling through campus.
  • Also, remember to use quiet voices in all academic areas.
  • Play safe on the playground and when the bell rings to line up, walk to your line safely. We do not want anyone running as you could get hurt.
  • When you arrive at school in the morning, you are to to sit at the lunch tables. All students are to remain sitting at the lunch tables until the duty teacher says that you may get up.
  • At the end of the day, your teacher will walk you to your designated exit for parent pick-up. If your ride is not there, you need to wait, stay at the front of the school and wait patiently and quietly for your ride.

This concludes today’s announcements. Thank you college bound roadrunners, and remember,
